We Use An Post For All Deliveries. 

 

Delivery is free in the Republic of Ireland on all full price orders of €80 or over.
There is a flat charge of €6.00 on all orders under €80.

There is a Flat Charge of €6.00 on all Sale items

Northern Ireland  There is a flat charge of €6.00


Europe
There is a flat charge of €18.00

England, Scotland and Wales Unfortunately we currently do not ship outside the EU

DELIVERY

A confirmation will sent as soon as you place an order (please check your spam mail)

Once your order is shipped a tracking number will be issued by email to all confirmed orders.

Our aim is that all orders in the Republic of Ireland will be delivered in 1-3 working days. During times of promotions or Christmas and Sale events this may take longer.
Orders for Europe can take up to 15 working days.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all items purchased online and returned to us within 14 days of purchase as per the conditions outlined.

*Shoes must be returned in their original condition with all labels still attached.
*Shoes must be returned in their original box and packaging
*All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt within 14 days of purchase.

Goods bought online can returned in person in-store or by post to us at O’Flynn’s Footwear Ltd, 145 Bank Place, Mallow. Co. Cork P51 A462.

Please note that Refunds can only be processed using the same method of payment as used originally by the Website payment services and cannot be processed at the shop till point on the day.

Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed. We will refund the original purchase price but unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs incurred.

We recommend that you return the product via registered post. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange of the returned items that are deemed to be worn, damaged or unfit for resale.

This does not affect your Statutory rights.
