Our aim is that all orders in the Republic of Ireland will be delivered in 1-3 working days. During times of promotions or Christmas and Sale events this may take longer.
Orders for the UK and Europe can take up to 15 working days.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all items purchased online and returned to us within 14 days of purchase as per the conditions outlined.

Please note that Refunds can only be processed using the same method of payment as used originally by the Website payment services and cannot be processed at the shop till point on the day.
Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed. We will refund the original purchase price but unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs incurred.

Black sneaker made of silky-soft leather with HighSoft function
This sporty sneaker by ara is a real highlight and extremely lightweight despite the thick 5cm wedge sole. The sole is slip-resistant, has a shockproof toe and looks particularly trendy. The shoe is equipped with the HighSoft function, has a soft lining made of terry cloth which embeds the foot wonderfully and the softly padded removable footbed is quick and easy to replace.
